In general...it was a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The rooms.were awesome and the facilities were great. Great indoor and outdoor onsen.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful with stunning architecture, excellent rooms and amazing food. We stayed in a Japanese style room which could accommodate 4 of us and the it was really spacious with super comfy futons. Breakfast and dinner were provided kaiseki style and the quality of the food was exceptional. The general age range of the other guests in the hotel was 50 and up so the hotel was really peaceful and quiet. The hot spring was amazing and if you're a golfer, they have an amazing golfing range.

Even though it was a big walk from the bus stop (we should have called for the pick up service!) it was a beautiful place to stay. The whole building was surrounded by beautiful and well maintained gardens. The staff were so lovely and made us feel very welcome. They were able to organise pescatarian meals for myself and book us onto the bus to Odawara when we checked out. We loved the futon beds and tatami floors. We also thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The onsen was also a fun experience!

Staff very helpful. Room was as described. The onsen is an amazing experience and wished we would have stayed longer. It’s a great location for one of the main viewing lakes for Mt. Fuji

The hot spring is white water smells real. There are only few hotel which has such real hot spring. The quality of the dinner was more than expected and we enjoyed the good services of the staffs. The staffs were very friendly and kind. I strongly recommend this hotels to anyone.The room was Japanese style and enough large for 5members of my family.

What a good environment just in the Golf course！ Wonderful staff and very delicious Japanese dinner set and breakfast set. I am happy to spend the time with my husband here to celebrate my upcoming birthday 😊

The onsen outdoor is great - the whole layout of the hotel is interesting and I enjoyed exploring around the hotel - and the staff were exceptional.

Very good location, big and comfortable room with beautiful golf course view. Quiet and calm and relaxing with great hot springs.
